
D.K. Pan
D.K. Pan is a Seattle-based performer, installation artist, and curator. D.K.'s performance background includes solo works and directorial productions in dance/theater/Butoh/performance art; and has toured internationally with the Degenerate Art Ensemble, Infernal Noise Brigade, and P.A.N. (of which he was the founding Artistic Director). D.K.'s installation projects often includes video, sculptural/architectural elements, and the body. As an extension to his artistic practice, he is the Co-founder and Director of Free Sheep Foundation, which transforms disused built environments into venues for cultural production. Free Sheep has curated intervention projects at the Bridge Motel (with Seattle School), Moore Inside Out, Tubs Memorial Project, The Belmont, and Third & Battery Project. D.K. also continues to work on film/video projects as an actor and generative artist, and currently, is the Lead Artist/Curator for the STart (Sound Transit Art Program) Capitol Hill Wall Project - aka "The Red Wall". D.K.'s belief in the role of art as a catalyst for social change challenges him to explore various mediums and participate in diverse creative endeavors.
