Douglas Horn

With sharp, evocative dialog and striking visual flair, writer-director Douglas Horn’s work has quickly gained a following among film audiences. Douglas’s feature, Entry Level starring DB Sweeney, Missi Pyle, and Kurtwood Smith was released by PorchLight Entertainment.  Entry Level played film festivals across the country and won Best Feature and Best Screenplay in New York City’s 2007 VisionFest Film Festival.  His short film, Full Disclosure starring Judy Greer and Brent Sexton won over a dozen awards for Best Short Film and went on to become a #1-selling short film on Apple’s iTunes Store. 

Douglas’s family film Babysitters Beware with Danny Trejo, Dee Wallace-Stone, and rising child stars Rico Rodriguez and Trenton Rogers is currently in distribution from Phase 4 Films.  Currently, Douglas and co-creator Dan Southworth are striving to redefine web programming with premium cable-type series, beginning with season one of their action/sci-fi series Divergence in Winter 2011.   Douglas lives in the Seattle area with his wife and two children.
