How to Retrieve Your Wristbands

You must redeem your print-at-home ticket for your 3-day wristband at one of the following locations prior to attending an event.

Each attendee MUST be present to redeem a wristband, which must be put on by a festival employee. (In plain speak: If you have two tickets, you and your friend need to each be present in order to redeem both wristbands.)

The details:

All wristband holders pay no additional entry fee for any City Arts Fest event. Each City Arts Fest event has a generous portion of capacity reserved for wristband holders and you should feel secure that you’ll be able to move from venue to venue with ease.  Please be aware that each venue does have capacity limitations. If a venue reaches capacity, there may be a hold line for entry until space becomes available on a first come, first served basis. VIP wristband holders may go to the front of any hold line. We look forward to seeing you many times during our festivities!
