The Triple Door
Located in Downtown Seattle, across the street from Benaroya Hall, the Triple Door provides top notch entertainment along with award-winning cuisine in a comfortable cabaret-style environment. The Mainstage Theatre hosts touring national acts, and the Musicquarium Lounge is a Seattle hot spot for local music acts and happy hour.
The Mann building, where the Triple Door is housed, was bought by Rick and Ann Yoder in 1999. They began renovations in 2002 with the goal of creating a comfortable music and dinner theatre in an intimate setting. Strong efforts were made to preserve some of the old theatre's features, including the original stage and ceiling fixtures. As the renovation came to completion with luxurious seating and state-of-the-art sound, the old theatre transformed into an elegant, modern space.
Fun Fact: The Mann building was originally home to the Embassy Theatre, a vaudeville house that opened in 1926, lived a long life as a movie theatre and eventually closed in 1983.
